Woodland Trust Trees Planted

gini and co

Thanks to everyone who helped plant the trees near the busway at Pagram Way. We filled gaps in the hedge in an effort to enhance this habitat and increase the diversity of creatures that can use it. Hilary from the Cambridge Mammal Group informed us of the importance of gapless, dense hedges for invertebrates. A dead wood pile under the hedge was left for invertebrates.
